  • Construction Cost Accountant

    RenoSys Corporation has an excellent opportunity for a Construction Cost Accountant to join our organization in Indianapolis, IN.

     

    RenoSys Corporation is North America’s largest and most respected manufacturer, distributor and installer of polymer products designed and formulated specifically for public swimming pool construction and renovation.

     

    Responsibilities and Duties

     

    The Construction Cost Accountant fulfills an important role, managing the cost controls of projects including; project expenditures, cost forecasting, cost trends, change order compliance, cash-flow forecasting and project financial status reports. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will work closely with the executives, project managers and project teams to:

     

    • Respond effectively and efficiently to all the financial aspects associated with assigned projects.
    • Continually review processes and methods to ensure and increase accuracy, relevancy and timeliness.
    • Know the terms of contracts for each project.
    • Ensure invoices submitted for approval, are accurate and appropriate per the executed contract and contract documents.
    • Ensure invoices are compliant with the schedule of values compared to project progress and contract terms.
    • Manage change orders to verify compliance with the following; contracted unit pricing, labor-rates, contractual fees, overhead and insurance.
    • Provide cash flow modeling for monthly expenses.
    • Pro-actively coordinate expenses to meet cash flow commitments or models.
    • Track lien holds, contingencies and other project allowances associated with projects.
    • Performs special projects/analysis as required with emphasis on process improvement.
    • Develops and prepares supplemental daily, weekly, month-end, quarterly and annual reports for management.
    • Audits source data from other functions, such as sales and manufacturing, for accuracy and completeness.

     

    Qualifications and Skills

     

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
    • Broad knowledge of Business Administration and Cost Accounting
    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Cost Accountant for a manufacturing or construction company.
    • Must have excellent organizational skills.
    • Must be proficient with Quick Books, SmartSheet, Excel, Word and Outlook applications.

  • Skilled Laborer

    Fabrication shop is in need of a skilled laborer with a willingness to learn commercial PVC product applications. Candidates must possess measuring and calculation abilities. Pay level commensurate with skill level. Insurance program, earned paid holidays sick days and paid vacations are available. Background check and random mandatory drug testing are required.

  • PVC Roofer / PVC Membrane Foreman

    We are looking for experienced PVC Roofing Crew Leaders and Welders to work in the general area where you live and beyond. We want to get you off the ROOF!. If you know how to heat weld PVC and have experience with providing clients with quality detailed installations we want you on our team.     Responsibilities and Duties

     

    Manage a 2 to 6 man crew installing thick PVC membranes in our projects. Provide leadership and act as the companies representative in making for a successful attractive and watertight installation.

     

    Qualifications and Skills

     

    Must have a minimum of 3 years Leister Hot Air Welder operating experience and a minimum of 1 year leading a crew. Also must pass a drug test and have a clean driving record and drivers license.
