Job Title: Travel Liner Installer (PVC Membrane Installer)
Location: Nationwide Travel
Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round

Role Overview:
The Travel Liner Installer is a full-time, traveling field position responsible for installing PVC membrane liners on commercial pool renovation projects across the United States. This is a hands-on, team-based role working under the direction of a Crew Leader and Project Manager.

This position involves year-round employment with periods of intensive travel based on project schedules. Installers work as part of a crew to deliver high-quality, safe, and professional installations at customer facilities nationwide.

Travel & Compensation Transparency:

  • · 100% travel position (nationwide)

    • Private hotel rooms (no room sharing)

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

This is a physically demanding construction role. Candidates must be able to:

  • Lift and carry 50+ pounds
  • Work on feet for extended periods
  • Kneel, bend, reach, and climb ladders
  • Work in hot, humid, outdoor, or confined environments
  • Work safely around water, chemicals, tools, and construction equipment

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

  • Construction, roofing, welding, fabrication, or skilled trades experience
  • Prior traveling crew or multi-site job experience
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Forklift or equipment operation experience
  • Pool industry experience (a plus, not required)

Job Title: Design Engineer
Reports To: Head of Commercial Sales
Location: RenoSys – Onsite

About Us:
At RenoSys, we specialize in the renovation and new construction of commercial swimming pools, transforming existing pools into modern, functional, and visually appealing spaces. Our team is dedicated to excellence, providing top-tier services to clients in the commercial sector.

We are currently seeking a Design Engineer with experience in 2D and 3D shop drawings and competency with commercial construction documents and drawings to join our growing team. The Design Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of all design and construction drawings for our pool projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Design Support: Provide detailed shop drawings and fabrication drawings for commercial swimming pool projects, ensuring that all designs are accurate, comprehensive, and comply with industry standards and client specifications.
  • BIM Integration and Management: Oversee the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) into the design process. Ensure that BIM standards and practices are followed and maintained throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure design coordination and integration across multiple disciplines.
  • Quality Control: Review all drawings and CAD models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements before submission to clients or construction teams.
  • Software and System Management: Maintain and update CAD/BIM software tools, ensuring the team is using the latest versions and best practices. Troubleshoot technical issues with CAD software and ensure efficiency in workflow.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain proper documentation of all designs, revisions, and project communications. Ensure all design data is easily accessible and archived.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and implement improvements to CAD and BIM processes and procedures to increase efficiency, accuracy, and overall project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience:
    • 3 years design experience with Auto CAD & Revit
    • Preference will be given to candidates with metal fabrication or swimming pool industry.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of construction documentation and submittal processes.
  • Technical Skills:
    •  Provable proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
    • Strong understanding of 3D modeling and visualization for construction projects.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in BIM management or other relevant qualifications.
  • Experience working with or understanding swimming pool systems, construction methods, and steel materials.

Job Title: Service Technician
Location: Nationwide (100% Travel)
Status: Full-Time
Compensation: Hourly + Per Diem + Company Vehicle + Travel Expenses + Company Tools

Position Summary:

RenoSys is seeking a highly dependable, mechanically skilled Service Technician to support our nationwide commercial aquatic renovation projects.

This role requires a self-motivated professional capable of diagnosing problems, performing repairs, and representing RenoSys on customer job sites across the United States.

Service Technicians operate with a high level of independence and must be comfortable traveling extensively, solving problems in the field, and communicating effectively with customers and internal teams.

This position is best suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting mechanical or construction-related issues, and taking ownership of field service projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to job sites throughout the United States to perform service, maintenance, and repair work on commercial pool membrane systems
  • Diagnose issues in the field and determine appropriate repair solutions
  • Perform service repairs including membrane patching, heat welding, seal repairs, and related system work
  • Document job conditions, service work completed, and recommended follow-up actions
  • Communicate regularly with the RenoSys service coordinator and project managers regarding job status
  • Represent RenoSys professionally when interacting with customers, facility managers, and contractors
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and service equipment in good working order
  • Complete service reports, job documentation, and required photos
  • Identify potential future service opportunities or project needs while on site

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of field service, construction, mechanical repair, or trade experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and specialty equipment
  • Ability to work independently and manage service assignments without constant supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and willingness to take ownership of field challenges
  • Professional communication skills when working with customers
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in active environments
  • Willingness to travel nationwide for extended periods

This position requires strong independence, reliability, and the ability to complete assignments without direct supervision.

  • Commercial pool, liner, waterproofing, roofing, or membrane systems
