Problems:
The primary challenge was the condition of the underlying pool structures. Cracks and weakened areas had begun to develop, creating both structural and safety concerns. The aging liners, which were 14 years old, also required replacement due to wear from constant exposure to ocean water. Addressing these issues was essential to restoring the pools’ function, appearance, and reliability.
